Have you thought about building yourself a simplified piano? Now it’s possible with very limited components. The T-pianO is representing one possibility that implements N555 chip. This chip in proper combination with resistors and a capacitor can generate the desired frequency. As we know what we hear is a certain frequency played with a speaker. The speaker can be a buzzer and the frequency generation is done by the 555 chip.
This set is using simple through hole components, so no complicated soldering. It doesn’t require long hours of assembly, thus playing fun is fast to reach. Finally, it uses easily available 9V battery as the power source.
